As a Support Representative at Union Street Media I worked in the real estate division of the company and was the first point of contact for our customers. I was constantly in contact with customers via phone or email and assisted them with website customizations, email issues or general technology questions. In addition to working with clients I also built websites on the in house CMS and on WordPress. I was also involved in pre-launch QA of websites, launch procedures, ongoing support and analytics work.

I am located in Milton, Vermont and have worked in Burlington, Vermont since graduating from Champlain College in 2011 with a BS in Multimedia & Graphic Design.
