While employed at Aurora North Software I managed PairLink, a bulk PDF downloader for patent documents from the USPTO. Daily responsibilities included being online by 6:30am and ensuring that all patent documents were downloaded by 9am EST for all lawyers within the law firms. In order to ensure documents were downloaded I worked with Windows Services, MYSQL, SSRS and PowerBI to build interactive dashboards which provide a high level overview of the PairLink system within each law firm. In addition to managing PairLink I also assisted with IT within the office and managed Azure instances for various development, testing and production environments.
